Jennifer Radon
Owner / Instructor
Having grown up in the dance world, Jennifer started dancing at the young age of three. Classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and modern as well as Rhythm, Smooth, Latin, Standard and Cabaret, she has competed and performed in many venues. Jennifer was a 2011 Metropolitan DanceSport Championship Open Cabaret Finalist, as well as continually placed in the finals with her husband, Tommy, in Professional American Rhythm.
Jennifer was ranked third top teacher in the world and second rising star top teacher in 2020. She has gone on to place within the Top Teachers at various competitions and in 2021 earned her spot as Top Female Instructor and 7th in the World Dancesport Series.
Allison Prushinski
Instructor / Front Desk
New to the dance community, Allison spends her time learning as much about the dance world as she can. When she’s not working the front desk, she is constantly on the dance floor practicing and improving her technique and style. She is very excited for the opportunity to learn more about dance and to apply that knowledge in her daily life!
Besides dance, Allison is a professional equestrian who spends her free time riding and training horses and other riders. She started when she was 5 years old and has competed on the top show circuit ever since. When she’s not in the studio or at the barn, Allison can be found going on adventures with her best fur friend, Atlas!
Christian Larsen
Instructor
Christian's dance journey began in college as a member of his university’s ballroom club, where he first discovered his passion for the art and discipline of partner dancing. Over the past decade, he has developed that passion into a career, and now competes professionally in International Standard.
He focuses on helping students build a solid technical foundation and find their own unique expression through movement. He believes that dance is about connection, growth, and lifelong enjoyment.
A certified dance instructor, his experience includes International Standard and Latin, American Smooth and Rhythm, and West Coast Swing. He takes a well rounded approach that supports dancers of every level, from those taking their very first steps to those preparing for the competition floor.
Yubin Yang and Stephanie Micken
Instructors
Yubin Yang was born in Guangxi, China and is a dynamic and professional Latin dancer with eighteen years of dancing experience, beginning at the age of 7. From the ages of 12-21, he attended Beijing Professional Dancing School for a large portion of his professional training. He then moved to Guangzhou to continue his training and teaching until he made his way to the United States to continue his educational and dancing journey.
Some skills include: choreography, technique, stage presence, and a deep passion for Latin dancing itself. Dedicated to inspiring students of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for Latin dance, and contributing to the vibrant dance community in America.
Together with his dance partner, Stephanie Micken, they actively compete in the United States in the Open Professional Latin category.
